Hi and welcome to Sew Blue Thread! Let’s talk about ‘Winter Run’ Quilt Block’!
About this time of year, We have packed all winters clothes at our place, and Summer clothes come out. Even just this past week our temperatures here have been in the 30 degrees Celcius mark. It’s hot already, and it’s still only Spring.
At home, the air conditioning is on for a good part of the day. Here I am on a recent ski trip, holding one of my favourite patterns, ‘Meeting Corner Quilt‘. If you’re curious about the beautiful background, they are Australian Snow Gum trees in the background.
Ok, back to my NEW NEW latest quilt block pattern. The pattern was inspired by a trip to the snowies taken this year in the Aussie Winter (June/July).
Pattern is called ‘Winter Run quilt block‘, and can be made into a finished 6″ or 12″ size. Great for advanced beginner quilters, and easy directions with heaps of step by step diagrams to help get through to the end.

So until next time,
Happy sewing.
